Social-housing module FAQ

Do residents need to install an app?

No. They open the round's announcement page on a phone or computer, sign in with a one-time email code and apply right away.

How is the draw verified?

Before the draw the system publishes the seed's hash. Afterwards the seed is revealed; anyone can re-run the draw and get the exact published result.

Can we draw in person in a hall?

Yes. Each round can be drawn online or in the hall, with witnesses and minutes; the Draw monitor can be projected on a big screen.

What about paper applications?

Staff enter or import paper applications into the same round; online and paper applications share one queue and one review process.
